Management of the Michel-Leduc aquatic complex, including the Aquadôme and 6 outdoor pools

Operation of the facilities and a snack bar
Maintenance of the building and its various systems (ventilation, filtration, electrical, plumbing)
Annual maintenance of indoor pools (draining, washing, filling and start-up)
Organization of swimming lessons (more than 7,000 registrations annually); the Aquadôme is a regional centre of excellence recognized by the Red Cross and the Lifesaving Society
Housekeeping of all buildings related to the contract (more than 8 janitors)
Training of lifeguard and instruction staff
Lifeguarding and programming
Collection of revenues related to attendance at lessons and public swims
Parking management
Coordination of suppliers and subcontractors
Event management during swimming, triathlon and lifesaving sport competitions
