Provide day-to-day project management services for construction management, from design to delivery

This project was carried out under an EPCM (engineering, procurement and construction management) model. Activities performed:

Project manual, project WBS
Overall and detailed project schedule and monitoring
Estimate of the entire project, with breakdown, in a tracking tool, with budget monitoring (payment recommendations, disbursement register, etc.)
Document and FTP site management
Tendering process
Coordination of all professionals and contractors
Communication (meetings, minutes, monthly reports and final project report)
Site monitoring
Delegated representative of Sémecs for all health and safety matters
