Daniel Davignon
General Manager, Construction
Daniel Davignon has more than 30 years of experience in process mechanics, an expertise he developed over the course of large-scale projects in various industrial sectors. He currently serves as General Manager, Construction at Groupe HELIOS, where he oversees the activities of the organization’s two key divisions: process mechanics and general contracting.
In his current role, he acts as a unifying, results-oriented leader who places great importance on planning, meeting deadlines, and the rigorous management of resources. He is actively involved with multidisciplinary teams and partners to ensure smooth coordination at every stage of a project. His ability to build relationships of trust with clients, professionals, and stakeholders contributes directly to the success and longevity of the mandates entrusted to him.

Throughout his career, Daniel has distinguished himself through his ability to lead complex projects with rigour and efficiency. Over the course of his career, Daniel was actively involved in large-scale international initiatives for nearly eight years, working closely with various governments, notably in Morocco and Angola. In this context, he contributed to the planning, coordination, and implementation of major projects related to the installation of new water treatment plants.
These achievements notably include desalination facilities, essential in regions facing water scarcity issues, as well as conventional plants based on settling processes. Thanks to his solid technical expertise and his understanding of local realities, he was able to adapt solutions to the specific needs of each environment while complying with international standards.
His role was not limited to the technical aspect: he also took part in governance processes, ensuring that project objectives were aligned with the expectations of public authorities and stakeholders. In doing so, he helped ensure rigorous, transparent, and sustainable management of the infrastructure developed.
This international experience allowed him to develop a global perspective on issues related to water treatment and infrastructure management, strengthening his ability to operate in complex, multicultural contexts.
